You’ve probably gone through our website so you have a baseline idea of what we are doing. If not, go give it a read:
We kept the Roadmap simple on the website for visual purposes. There needs to be a deeper analysis so that we can fully encapsulate what we are doing. A “Whitepaper” so to speak.
Phase 1- The Sleuth Hub
This is the decentralized hub for all the Sleuths. Your focal point for using all the tools and engagement within the Sleuth ecosystem. One thing is for certain in this project, everything is evolving, meaning nothing is ever set in stone. Our community pulls the brightest ideas and best practices to constantly update how something should be analyzed in a rapid changing world. The hub is your connection to all of it.
Research Guides
We all know how hard it is to sift through timelines and news sources to best inform yourself on “the current thing”. The Sleuths will provide guides for alternative media, evaluating sources for yourself and pointing towards media bias, including the “unbiased” mainstream news sources.
Research Templates
Everyone needs a generalized and living document pertaining to Research Templates. As information changes, and new ideas come to light, so too does the need for templates to best assess information. Think of it as a way to visualize your mind map for the world to observe.
Research Submissions
Coinciding with templates, what do you do with what you’ve created? Well it needs to be submitted and analyzed by fellow Sleuths- right? A process for both un-vetted and Sleuth vetted articles that are submitted via the Sleuth Templates.
Researching Tools
These are tools, such as our Substack Scraper, “The Interesting Times” which serves to centralize and link online communities through technology. The power of the independent voice is only as powerful as the communities that support them and enable their voice to be heard. Think of these as the tools to uplift these voices.
Researching Resources
What happens when someone is removed from Twitter or other Social Media Platforms? How do you keep in touch with their information? What platforms are they still posting on? Are there ways to skip institutional paywalls? The research resources will be the best kept secrets of an open internet, open for everyone to indulge in.
DAO Access
The point of using NFTs as verifiable digital ownership for access to the Sleuth Ecosystem is novel in and of itself. What boosters this ownership beyond just a self-owned “subscription” is the ability to directly contribute to the direction that the Development team heads down in each component of the Sleuths.
Independent Research Subscription Access
We all wish that we could support every individual we follow with their monthly subscriptions and gain access to their paid memberships. The reality of the matter is that most of us have finite income, meaning we often have to pick and choose who we can support. Because these individuals are not institutions, we as the Sleuths can reach out to the ones that our community wishes to support, and provide a unique proposal for subscription access to their content.
Phase 2- The Sleuth Archives
What is one of the biggest problems with internet information? We’re lead to believe that once something is posted or typed, it’s there forever. This may be true on the back-end, but you know well that it doesn’t apply to content that doesn’t meet the mainstream narrative. The Sleuth Archives are a way to put information deemed relevant on-chain and permanent.
Digital Library
This means using a permanent on-chain using tools such as Arweave and IPFS to create permanent and irreplaceable files to archive everything that is submitted to the Sleuths
Metaverse Library
This wouldn’t be an NFT project without this. Truly. What better than creating a virtual library for you to engage with. A Minecraft server? Or how about Portals (Link to The Portal HERE)? Have you heard of OM (https://oncyber.io/6529om)? So many great prospects to chose from and create with.
Phase 3- The Sleuth Crucible
Definition of Crucible

The Crucible is split into two main factions:
The first- A culmination of worldviews across a wide array of communities coming together to push the boundaries of ideas and concepts. Talk about and integrate ideas that sit on the polar opposite of ideological spectrums, with people that sit on the opposite side of the ideological spectrum. Person-to-person interaction and collaboration. Put forward the idea that you’ve been earning to get in front of a crowd or a VIP and see if it stands up to the criticism and questions from within the Crucible. Perhaps you will find partners to explore the idea further after a rigorous conversation about it.
The second- AMA and engagement with thought leaders supported by the Sleuths and their communities. Ask the question you otherwise would never get the opportunity to. Participate in Sleuth exclusive groups and conversations with a wide array of topics.
Phase 4- The Sleuth News Net
We’ve all been faced with these problems before. What is truly going on in these places of conflict? The mainstream says one thing, a biased reporter from one corner of the internet says another, and online trolls say everything else. It’s incredibly discerning when trying to conceptualize what the lived experience of these situations is. What is the solution?
Travelling Sleuth
Yes indeed, you read that right. An in-house, real-life Sleuth. Sherlock Holmes, is that you? Truckers Convoy? Hands-on. BLM protests? Hands-on and boots on the ground. Putting someone into the “battlefield” where the war on your mind begins. Why not have someone actively travelling and reporting on the happenings of these places. Was it a mostly peaceful protest? What was the atmosphere like? Was the government trying to set people up? Were mainstream media corporations creating false conflicts to invoke social unrest? We’re going to find out.
Sleuth Articles
We aren’t trying to stand up and go head to head with corporations, nor the independent media that solely focus on creating content and articles for every new issue that arises. Think of the Sleuth articles as a way to synthesize the community’s sentiments and different worldviews that are debated and discussed within the Secret Sleuth Society. How many perspectives of “the current thing” can we uncover. Do some hold more merit than others? Is it more “dangerous” or more “safe” to keep certain viewpoints out of the conversation? We’re going to make sure that you can see as many angles as possible.
Phase 5- Sleuth Expansions
Here we have nothing but opportunity. Wen staking? Wen $SLEUTH token? A lot of the classic Solana NFT aspects of a roadmap are built on vapor wave. Why build a token with no ecosystem? With no value? Nothing is for sure in this part, except that there will be a future, but below are ideas explored by our Development team, to be reinforced by you, the community of Sleuths, after we accomplish what we told you we would.

Did you just read one of the most intriguing articles submitted to the Sleuth Society that you ever have? Did someone just propose a new funding initiative that sounds incredible? Commemorate your fellow Sleuths by tipping Sleuth Token is a starting point. Tying in more utility without releasing all the Secrets to the Sleuth Society will surely be coming.
Stake your Sleuth
Staking! Almost an expectation for projects at this point. Create an Ecosystem and this can become more than just vaporwave. In tandem with the release of a $SLEUTH token is a great way to return value back to the Sleuths you already own.
Upgrade your Sleuth
Did someone call for a possibility of redrawing your Sleuth and reincorporating attributes WITHOUT affecting finite supply? Well the guys over at DeGods brought this idea to light and made it possible. Re-rolls, anyone?
Expanding Operations based on DAO directives
Between the inflow of secondary market royalty distributions to the DAO and project funds, the potential to create more operations grows alongside that. The success of the Sleuths coincides with the ability to do so much more.
Future airdrops to existing owners and NFT projects within the Sleuth ecosystem to bolster up the reach and utility of the project.
